Common Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
500 pcs for enclosures (FDB / NAP) and PLC splitters; 1,000 pcs for pigtails and patch cords; 200 pcs for custom packaging only. Mixed product orders count separately per SKU.
How long does an OEM order take end-to-end?
Typically 4–6 weeks from approved brief to DDP delivery at your door. Rush production (3–4 weeks) is possible for enclosures with existing tooling and in-stock housing colors — ask us.
Can I get a sample before committing to production?
Yes. We produce 3–5 pre-production samples with your logo and color. Sample cost is credited against your first mass-production order. Samples typically ship within 10 business days of brief approval.
What certifications come with OEM products?
All enclosures carry CE and RoHS declarations. IP-rated versions (IP65) are available on FDB/NAP boxes. Certificates can be issued under your brand name for EU market entry — included at no extra charge.
Do you support private label — no visible BRAY-CT branding?
Completely. All shipments are shipped in your branded packaging with no reference to BRAY-CT on any surface, document, or label. Full white-label available from day one.
What file formats do you need for the logo?
Vector AI or EPS preferred for silk-screen; high-resolution PNG (300 dpi+) accepted for laser engraving. We'll provide a pre-production artwork proof in PDF for sign-off before production starts.
What payment terms are available for OEM orders?
Standard terms: 50% T/T deposit at order confirmation, 50% before shipment after QC photos approved. For repeat customers with order history, 30/70 or Net-30 terms are available on request.
Can you handle DDP delivery to multiple countries?
Yes. We consolidate and ship DDP (Incoterms 2020) to most European, Middle East, and Southeast Asian destinations. Duties, freight, and last-mile are included in our quoted price — no hidden charges.
